Dr. Anne Daly always wanted to be a paediatric dietitian. She left dietetics briefly to spend 3 years in Hong Kong returning to do a research project on follow on formula and iron deficiency. Having got her masters degree she vowed she would not do a PhD. She spent a number of years doing a rotational post and then anchored herself in IMD, where she completed her PhD on glycomacropeptide and bone health and much more.
