Dr. Meriah Schoen received her masters and dietetic training through the Coordinated Program at Georgia State University before completing her PhD in Nutrition and Health Sciences at the Emory Rollins School of Public Health. Her dissertation examined the dietary determinants and cognitive implications of choline nutriture in Phenylketonuria. Meriah is currently continuing her work with Dr. Rani Singh as a postdoctoral fellow to further evaluate and optimize nutritional interventions for other genetic metabolic disorders.
