Emily Stelle is a metabolic dietitian that has worked in the field of metabolism since 2002. She is currently at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City and previously CHOC Children’s Hospital in Orange, California. Her clinical role has been primary in metabolism, but also has included 10 years of working with the ketogenic diet for management of epilepsy. Emily had the opportunity to present on the Ketogenic Diet in management of PDH at GMDI and Ketogenic Diet Feeding Difficulties at the Charlie Foundation Ketogenic Diet Summit. She has specialty certifications in pediatrics and lactation education. She is also a GMDI member and former Chair of the education committee.
