María Gabriela Valle has been a Nutritionist and Dietitian for 39 years. Obtained her degrees at Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad de Córdoba in Argentina. She also obtained a postgraduate Diploma in Diagnosis and Treatment of Inborn Errors of Metabolism from INTA, Universidad de Chile. She has been doing Nutrition therapy counseling for PKU and Galactosemia patients at the Hospital de Niños Dr. Ricardo Gutiérrez and FEI (Fundación de Endocrinología Infantil) for more than 15 years and diet counseling in pediatric nephrology since 1985. Gabriela was part of the teams that developed the App Mi PKU and the First PKU Camp in Argentina. She has been published at the Journal of Inborn Errors of Metabolism and Screening and DIAETA and had oral and poster presentations about Nutrition Management in PKU at several Conferences. She is member of the International and Research Committees of GMDI.
