Bridget Wardley, is a registered dietitian and Medical Director on the enzyme therapies team at Biomarin Pharmaceuticals. She joined BioMarin in 2016 as a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL), moved into the role of MSL Director leading the PKU MSL team in 2019 and more recently assumed the role of US Medical Director, PKU.
She has extensive experience as a metabolic and pediatric dietitian working clinically in England and the US. Prior to coming to BioMarin she was a faculty member at NYU in the Department of Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health where she taught both graduate and undergraduate nutrition students. She also previously held roles in 2 medical food companies as Manager of Clinical Sciences at Vitaflo and Director of Nutrition at Applied Nutrition. She has published in scientific journals and written books on pediatric nutrition.
Bridget has been a member of GMDI since 2008 and was conference planning chair for the 2018 conference.
