PKU management is evolving, and so is the role of the metabolic dietitian. With novel PKU pharmacologic therapies, diet management has and will continue to change. We will  present experiences and outcomes from two clinics with large PKU populations and with history of using pegvaliase novel use (pregnancy and adolescence) and sepiapterin from clinical trials to clinic. While we hope to elucidate methods for managing diet alongside these medications from our clinical perspectives, our main goal with the workshop is to provide attendees with a guided discussion of their own real-world clinic experiences and concerns with implementation and use of novel therapies alongside PKU medical nutrition therapy. 

This workshop occurs on Thursday from 1:30 - 2:30pm and is repeated from 3:30 - 4:30pm.
