Brittany Murray is a nurse practitioner in the Metabolism Program within the Genetics and Genomics division at Boston Children’s Hospital, specializing in the care of patients with inborn errors of metabolism. She is the Lead Nurse Practitioner across several divisions, including Genetics and Metabolism, with more than 10 years of experience in clinical care and research in the field of genetics. Brittany serves on the Board of Directors and the Scientific Advisory Board for flok Health, and is active in several committees and advocacy roles within the rare disease community. She holds degrees from Merrimack College, Simmons University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she focused on developing tools to aid the transition to adulthood for patients with metabolic disorders. Brittany also has the unique perspective as an adult living with Phenylketonuria (PKU), and is passionate about advancing care for those with rare disorders.
