Liz Toolan is a highly esteemed Metabolic Dietitian at Washington University School of Medicine, with extensive experience in managing medical nutrition therapy for patients with inborn errors of metabolism. She holds a Master's of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. Over her 20 years as an RD, Liz has held various certifications, including CSP and CNSD. She has coordinated numerous clinical trials and studies, contributed to significant publications, and has held academic roles as an adjunct professor. One of her favorite aspects of the job is the opportunity to educate and mentor rotating clinicians, students, and fellows, which allows her to share her knowledge and passion for pediatric nutrition and metabolic disorders.
