Jessica Strosahl is a postdoctoral research fellow and genetic metabolic dietitian in the Medical Nutrition Therapy for Prevention (MNT4P) Program at Emory University. She holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Georgia and is formally trained in clinical nutrition, genetics, and data science. Her research focuses on advancing precision nutrition for individuals with inherited metabolic disorders, with a current emphasis on improving protein recommendations in phenylketonuria using state-of-the-art isotope methodology. Dr. Strosahl is currently supported by an NIH/NCATS TL1 Research Training Award and serves as Co-Chair of the GMDI Research Committee.
