Shared experience of successful (and not successful) patient management is the basis of clinical practice, policy, and education in the field of inherited metabolic disorders. To continue strengthening knowledge and practice in this field, it is critical for metabolic RDs to publish and present their experiences in the form of case studies. However, it can be intimidating to publish a case study without formal research/writing training, active support, and funding (for open access publications). The content that will be shared and the collaboration that will be fostered during the proposed workshop will increase the confidence of GMDI members and help them overcome the aforementioned barriers.

This workshop occurs on Friday from 1:30 - 2:30pm and is repeated from 3:30 - 4:30pm.
