Nathaly J Aquino, is a clinical dietitian at Texas Children's Hospital for the last 4 years. She has the privilege of working with a diverse population of patients across the lifespan —each with unique metabolic needs that challenge and inspire her to continue learning every day. She spent 4 years within beverage and spice manufacturing, providing her insight on food laws and food manufacturing. Her areas of special interest include fatty acid oxidation, urea cycle disorders, and ultra rare disorders. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Physiology from Cal Poly Pomona and a Master of Science in Environmental Health Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
