Kristen Sheffler received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2013 and completed her dietetic internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in 2014. After working as an inpatient dietitian at Johns Hopkins Bayview for 2 years, she has been working as a clinical dietitian for patients with inborn errors of metabolism since 2016.
