Aly Smith is a metabolic dietitian at UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University and completed her dietetic internship at The National Institutes of Health. She has 13 years of experience in pediatric nutrition initially working in hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplant at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta before moving into metabolics at UPMC in 2020.
